I had an epiphany the day before I left London...
I really REALLY really like things that are lemon flavored. While in London, I was introduced to both Marks & Spencer's Luscious Lemon Licious dessert and Innocent's Detox. Both super-lemony, both daily gotta haves on my sojurn. Ok, so I just discovered the smoothies literally the night before I left. Too bad, that. The link above has a recipie for them.
